Apple Verjuice

Pleasingly sour, like lemon juice or vinegar, with a little sweetness to complement its intense fruitiness, the only thing our apple verjuice really compares to is tamarind. We like to use it to add depth and sharpness to dressings, stews, condiments and soups, and an exciting substitute for sauces where white wine is called for (it is divine in a beurre blanc). It’s delicious in marinades for white meats and fish, gives a unique twist to cakes, and can really enliven cocktails and mocktails!

Apple Cider Vinegar

Our very apply apple cider vinegar has been aged to develop a deep, mellow rounded flavour, perfect for drizzling over salads, or adding sharpness to sauces. To preserve the vinegar mother and its unsurpassed flavour our apple cider vinegar is unpasteurised. This may give it a cloudy appearance.

Small Orchard Blend Apple Juice

The apples in this medium sweet juice were grown in a small dessert orchard in the south east of Herefordshire. The orchard contained a real mixture of varieties, some of which we knew, such as the sweetly aromatic Worcester Pearmain and the sharper, more refreshing Bramley’s Seedling, whilst others remain a delicious mystery!
